For latest version of Android Lollipop 5.0, Google on Wednesday, announced the OTA updates for the Nexus devices like, the Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 of 2012 and 2013, and Nexus 10. And by having Google rolled out the updates, Motorola has also officially announced the rollout of the OTA updates of the latest Android Lollipop 5.0 for its second-generation Moto Xsmartphones and Moto G.
Android in a tweet confirmed the rollout of the Lollipop 5.0 updates, but the company has not revealed any time for the availability and it says, “Will soon be available on most Nexus devices.”
In the Google product forum 9 to 5 mac, points out that the Android Lollipop 5.0 update is currently out only to Nexus5 and Nexus 7 for 2012 and 2013, WiFi models and Nexus 10. The Forum says, “The OTA updates for 3G/LTE versions for the Nexus 7 2012 and 2013 have not started yet, nor have they started for Nexus 4.”
Motorola announced it in a blog that read, “We’ve started to roll out Lollipop in phases just a week after the public release of the software to the following devices in the US Moto X, Moto G, US GSM. The company even said that it is working hard with carrier partners to have more updates to more devices.
Let the Lollipop 5.0 have the sweet updates over Nexus and Moto phones.
