Note 5 which shared the stage with S6 Edge + has AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 5.7 inch display, 16M colours, and Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. The phone is offered in two variants – 32GB and 64GB, but there is no expandable microSD slot.
On the performance part, the phone has Octa core, 14 nm, 64 bit processor, Android v5.1.1 operating system, and 4GB RAM. Other features include 16 MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera, which are also same as S6 Edge+. Note 5 comes with S pen that is different from the earlier Note models as it has spring system that makes the stylus pop out making it more fun.
Note 5 has been changed according to the trend and the stylus is made more useful, as you can now sign the PDFs directly by the stylus without getting the print. The colour options for Note 5 are also offered to match the trend. You can select from black sapphire, white pearl, silver titanium, and gold platinum.
Note 5 and S6 Edge plus are having many similar specifications and also the colour choices, so the main deciding factor would be stylus and price.
