LG launches the new Lancet mobile with Windows 8.1


The LG company has finally launched the new Lancet smartphone with Windows 8.1 after many months of speculation. This handset is available on the Verizon Wireless and would be available from May 21 in US and is tagged at $120 which is roughly Rs. 7,650.


The company notes that this smartphone is available to purchase online. The new LG Lancet smartphone comes with a 4.5 inch with 480×854 pixel of the screen resolution LCD display. This mobile is powered by quad core Snapdragon 410 processor and has 1.2GHz.

The LG company did not reveal any details about the RAM value of this mobile. It has 8GB of the in built storage and it can be expanded upto 128GB with the microSD card slot. It runs on Windows 8.1 and the LG handset features 8 Megapixel of rear camera along with the LED flash and a 0.3 Megapixel of the front facing camera.


The connectivity options are: Wi-Fi, GPS, CDMA LTE and also Micro USB. This handset is backed up with 2100mAh battery and the company did not give any details about the talk time and the standby time. The new LG Lancet is available in Blue colors
