With only one month away from the launch, the rumors are leaked for Samsung Galaxy S8, that the mass production of smartphone has started. The company has aimed to target around 10 million units in the first phase. The launch of Samsung Galaxy S8 is scheduled to be on March 29th. According to the reports of south Korean website Naver, the company is all set to sell more than 10 million units of Galaxy S8 in the initial stage of coming few months. Earlier the launch used to be prioritized in south Korea but this time, company has decided to launch the device globally, which means soon after the launch on March 29, the device will be available across the global market from April 21st. As the launch is already delayed due to Galaxy Note 7 fiasco, company will skip the traditional launch ceremony which normally takes place at MWC.
The mass production of Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ has already begun in Vietnam and Samsung is expected to manufacture around 4.7 million units of its flagship model in this month. It will increase the production of Galaxy S8 and S8+ to 7.8 million by next month in April. Still the company has not specified the ratio of production of units between the both flagship phones. The basic difference between both the variants is the size and capacity of battery and the display.
Being spotted on the GeekBench with the model number SM-G955U with the multi-core performance, Galaxy S8+ will be equipped with 4GB RAM and Android 7.0 Nougat. Both the smartphones are expected to carry dual edged curved display and also the home and navigation buttons in the front of the phones.
