Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Goes Official and will be available from 19th August in US

The much awaited season’s hottest and most demanded smartphone is finally all set for its release on 19th August. Sources confirmed that the device will be available for purchase at the US stores from 19th August onwards but the pre-orders can be made from 3rd of August.

As far as the specifications are concerned it is stated that the new device will carry 5.7 inched display screen with the water proof and dust proof feature. It has a Gorilla glass 5 protection which protects the phone from the damages occurring in case of accidental falls and damages. The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has 5 mega pixel Selfie camera and 12 mega pixel primary camera that promises great picture quality. The additional features will include finger print scanner, Iris scanner, USB type C port and Android nougat. This device will also be equipped with the powerful 3500 mAh battery. The reports also confirmed that the company is offering 5 GB extra cloud storage along with its new feature of Samsung Cloud.

Samsung confirmed that the device will be available in India after 2nd August and that clarifies that the company will start taking pre-orders soon after it. For the 64 GB variant, it is expected that it will be priced at Rs.63000 in Indian market.

According to the leaked video, the appearance of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is quite similar with that of Note 5, which clearly shows the curved sides of the display screen. Whereas, S-Pen has an improved version that enables it to write on the curved display conveniently.
