Samsung launches the Galaxy Note Edge.


The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has been finally launched in India, which is three months after it was globally introduced. This phone, the Galaxy Note Edge would be available from the first week of January next year with only few selected retailers at the price of Rs. 64,900 which is more that an iPhone 6. It comes in Charcoal Black and Forest White colors in India.


It has a side display to add to its design. And with this display the Note Edge’s camera would function more over like a stand-alone, point and shoot camera, to be specific. Because as the shutter button and few other functions would appear on the top when the phone is placed horizontally.


Here are few of the specifications, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a 5.6 inch Quad HD that would be (1440+160×2560 pixel) which is the super AMOLED display. It is powered by the quad core 2.7 GHz Snapdragon 805 processor and is coupled with Adreno 420 GPU and has a 3GB of RAM.


It comes in 64 GB od inbuilt storage and has a 3000mAh battery. It gets on the Android 4.4 KitKat. It has a 16 MP of rear camera with smart OIS and a 3.7 MP of front facing camera. The connectivity options are: Wi-Fi, GPS, Glonass, Bluetooth, USB and MHL 3.0
