The Yota 2 Smartphone with e-Paper launched in the U.S.


The YotoPhone, which was launch last year which was a different kind of a smartphone that we saw. This smartphone was developed from the Russian developer, named the Yota devices. This smartphone reached India. The second generation of this smartphone, the YotaPhone 2 was launched at the MWC last year now reached the U.S.

The Yota Devices was planned to launch the Indiegogo campaign in this spring season, and it would sell this smartphone for about $600 which would roughly be Rs.37,300. This smartphone, the YotaPhone 2 would have an extra feature of the e-paper display at the back.


The new YotaPhone 2 would be available with the AT&T and also T-Mobiles. This smartphone would get the Android 5.0 Lollipop just before it reached the U.S. The Yota company plans to have to have the 2.0 version of the API.

The new Yota smartphone, YotaPhone 2 would come with the 5 inch full HD which is 1920×1080 of the pixel resolution. This smartphone would also has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.

This smartphone has the 2 GB of RAM and also the 32 GB of the in built storage. This phone comes with 8 Mega-pixel of the rear camera. The company did not give the details of the battery.
