The ZTE launches the Star 2, the successor of the Star 1 smartphone, on Thursday in China. Though their is no information on the global availability of the smartphone. The company told that it would be showcasing a number of flagship devices in the upcoming event CES 2015 that is to be held in January.
The company claims that the Start 2 smartphone to have a system wide voice control feature that is functional even when the phone is offline and would work even without any network connection.
The ZTE smartphone Star 2 runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and along with its own MiFavour 3.0 UI. It has a 5-inch full HD display, and it is powered by a quad-core 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and and has the 2GB RAM.
It comes with 13 MP rear camera with dual – LED flash and it has 5 MP of front facing camera. Its wide angle lens is 88 degrees and f/2.2 aperture is also hounded in the Star 2.
The Star 2 also comes with the inbuilt 16 GB storage which is expandable with the microSD card. The battery back up is of 2300mAh and with 4G LTE supporting Smartphone.
