Early this month Asus started the rolling out process of Android Nougat in the Philippines but due to some unknown reported bug company has stopped the rollout. The Android update for ZenFone 3 was scheduled to start globally soon after its rollout in Philippines. The company has also officially confirmed that the rollout is on hold and will be started shortly. For now the update will be continue in Philippines only and later will be rolled out globally. The new update will bring some changes such as multi-Window support and also the new Doze battery saving feature. The company has also done ZenUI customisation.
The other two models ZenFone 3 (ZE520KL) and ZenFone three (ZE552KL) are scheduled to receive Nougat update early this month. Both phones are priced at Rs.21999 and Rs.27999 respectively, they also share some of the same features and specifications as well. The same specifications of the phones includes 16 mega pixels high resolution primary camera and 8 mega pixel front camera. Both the phones also share 2GHz Octa core Snapdragon 625 SoC.
The other key features of ZenFone 3 (ZE520Kl) includes 5.2 inch HD display and Android 6.0 operating system. It will carry 3GB RAM and powerful 2650 mAH battery power. The internal storage capacity of this phone is 32 GB. On the other hand ZenFone 3 (ZE552KL) has a latest design with good quality material. It carries 4K video recording feature and is also equipped with fast fingerprint scanner. In all it is an attractive device with latest features.
