Xiaomi Mi 4i gets the OTA update to fix the overheating

The Xiaomi company launched the Mi 4i last month and the users complaint about the overheating issue. For this, the Xiaomi mobiles is expected to rollout an update OTA for its Mi 4i users here in India to fix the overheating issue. The update version would be V6.5.5.0 this week.


As of few reports by the MIUI device team, the new update Over The Air (OTA) of V6.5.5.0 would be rolling out for which would be a fix for the overheating issue in this week. But the MIUI reports did not reveal the correct time about when the OTA update would arrive for the Mi 4i users.


As we mentioned before in our earlier blogs, the Xiaomi Mi 4i smartphone was launched about last month and it comes with a 5 inch full HD with 1080×1920 pixel of the screen resolution which also comes with the Corning Gorilla glass and IPS display with 441ppi of the pixel density.


This smartphone is based on the Android 5.0 Lollipop and is powered by 64 bit octa core Snapdragon of 615 processor and has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of the in built storage and has no expanding option. It features a 13 Megapixel of the rear camera and a 5 Megapixel of the front facing camera. It is backed up with 3120mAh battery.
