Xiaomi Mi Drone to be launched on 25 May

Xiaomi a successful Chinese smartphone manufacturing company is all set to launch its new device Xiaomi Mi Drone on May 25. The company has lowered the price of its smartphone and made changes in its sleek appearance in competition with Apple. The reliable sources confirmed that the price of Xiaomi Mi Drone is 20 % lesser than the SZ DJI phones.

The Xiaomi India head Manju Jain also confirmed in her tweet about the rumored pictures of the device on the twitter. The teaser reveals the picture of Quadcopter and its build-in camera. The reliable sources confirmed that the pricing of Xiaomi Mi Drone is on the higher side and is assumed to be CNY 3999 which is INR 41500 approximately.

The reports also state that the company has been focusing on the launch of its new device Drone from a long time. However, the patents of Drone will appear in China that can be controlled easily with simple signals.

The specifications of the new device will include recording feature with 4K at 30 FPS and it will also have optical flow feature with FIMI technology. The company has decided to introduce Mi Drone on May 25th but have decided not to reveal the specifications of the smartphone further. There is a slower growth of the Chinese smartphone industry expected in the coming time by the experts, Xiaomi has also predicted the same. As per the senior analysts, the smartphone shipment in China is reduced to 438 million phones last year from 500 million natural ceiling, this calculation is based on the strategic analysis done by the authorities.


Xiaomi is said to be the China’s biggest leader in smartphone industry indulged in providing budget devices with the best and the latest technological features. Speculations are on about this new age device from the smartphone giant ready to move the market.
