Xolo launches a new smartphone with Windows phone 8.1


Xolo announces a new smartphone which is based on the Windows Phone. It is named as the Xolo Win 1000. This smartphone by the Xolo company is tagged ta Rs. 8,499. This phones name is quite similar to the Xolo Q1000, which run on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. But the company is yet to release the details of the availability on its site.


It is to mentioned that this smartphone’s specifications would match the Q1000. There are few areas that it would differ, the new Xolo Win Q1000 would gain a upper hand in them. This new smartphone has the dual SIM. The Win Q1000 comes with a 5 inch HD which would be 720×1280 pixel of the screen resolution and the IPS display with the OGS technology.

This Win Q1000 would be powered by the quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor. It would have 1.2 GHz which also has 1GB of RAM. As of the official website this phone would have a 8 MP of the rear camera with LED flash and have a 2 MP of front facing camera. It has 8GB of in built storage and it can be expanded up to 32GB with the microSD.

Its connectivity options are: WLAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, USB and A-GPS. This smartphone is backed up with 2200mAh battery. For which the company says that it would give up to 12 hours of talk time and about 500 hours of the standby time on the 3G.
